Return Policy
Products sold by The Orca Institute are covered by our 15-day return period from time of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Products that are defective and/or DOA (Damaged on Arrival) can only be returned for replacement.
About Our Cookies When you return to our site at a later date to order additional products a cookie is used to help fill in your shopping cart information, ie. the form will be partially filled in with your name, address, etc. You will be required to give credit card information again however, as this information is never stored. The cookie has an expiry date of 30 days.
